As a Band 6 Tissue Viability Nurse, you will be part of a specialist service that is committed to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care, where innovation, education, and compassionate practice sit at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist assessment, planning and management of patients with complex wounds and compromised skin integrity.
* Work autonomously and collaboratively to provide expert advice and lead clinical decision‑making.
* Contribute to service development through audit, education and implementation of evidence‑based practice.
* Support and upskill the wider workforce, translating research into practice.
* Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
* Promote continuous professional development and proactive improvement of patient care and staff competence.
