This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to gain experience both as a Sales Executive and a Service Advisor, providing a versatile skill set.
Purpose of the role:
* To provide the highest quality of service to customers by rotating between the service and sales teams.
* To assist with vehicle sales and front-of-house customer service.
* To help the dealership achieve its NPS target.
Responsibilities:
* Implement dealership standards and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.
* Complete all service and sales duties efficiently, meeting customer expectations and maintaining high standards.
* Maintain a tidy and safe work environment, reporting safety concerns to management.
* Develop skills in sales, service, and customer greeting.
* Attend training courses as directed by management.
* Participate in activities that support training objectives.
* Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
* Comply with GDPR policies when processing data.
* Attend all mandatory training sessions.
End of Apprenticeship Project:
Candidates will be required to produce a project aimed at improving and developing business needs.
Training:
Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Standard - 15-18 months.
Qualifications Required:
* GCSE grades 9-4/A*-C or Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English, or equivalent.
* Applications without these grades will not be considered.
Skills Required:
* Listening, communication, basic writing, telephone skills, IT skills.
* An interest in customer service and the automotive industry is beneficial.
Prospects:
* Permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
