About Our Client

Job Description
3. Process and manage supplier invoices and payments accurately
4. Maintain financial records, ensuring they are up to date and correct
5. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
6. Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting
7. Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
8. Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with administrative tasks
9. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
10. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
The Successful Applicant
The temporary Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
11. Experience in end to end Accounts Payable
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
14. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
15. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
16. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
17. Immediate availability
