Job Description
This is a tight knit team, as Account Director you'll report into an agency Director and have support from a client services team as well as creative however you must be up for rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into deliver campaigns;
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
4. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in line with client objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
6. Provide strategic direction to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
7. Manage budgets and timelines to deliver campaigns within scope.
8. Identify new business opportunities and present proposals to potential clients.
9. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Director should have:
11. Experience in a similar client services role within a marketing / creative / brand agency
12. Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
13. Strong leadership skills with the ability to steer creative teams
