Main Purpose of the role

The Customer Support Coordinator will support our teams by efficiently handling customer requests, managing customer expectations, and processing sales order or quotes. The role requires a proactive individual who excels in administration, prioritization, and task coordination. This position demands a strong focus on customer satisfaction and high standards of organisational and communication skills.

Fluent English is a must, as you will be the first point of contact for the customers and enquires

Primary Responsibilities

Customer focused task management using Profit 4 ERP and MS Office

Answer incoming customer enquiries, emails and phone calls

Inputting Sales orders via telephone, email and in person orders from customers

Chasing authorisation for customers

Advising purchasing department on goods required for customers

Chasing purchasing for back orders and progressing orders

Using software to arrange courier deliveries

Arranging customer returns using our process

Dealing with customer queries

What skills are we looking for?

To be successful in the role, you must be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, demonstrate experience in coordination or similar role, have experience with ERP systems for order processing, invoicing and issuing credits and have experience of using ticketing systems for managing customer enquiries.

You will be a good team player, able to work to tight deadline's, have good prioritisation skills and have excellent customer service skills and experience.

Training on our software will be provided

Hours can be adjusted for correct candidate if needed (ie. Parent)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35.50 per week
