Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management

Lead, develop, and manage a marketing team of approximately 10 people.

Set and monitor performance targets; conduct regular team reviews and 1:1s.

Create a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture.
*
Support staff development through mentoring and identifying training opportunities.
*
Oversee day-to-day operations within the department to ensure timely campaign delivery.
*
Promote adoption of new technologies and tools to drive team efficiency.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery
*
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across channels including email, paid social, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
*
Collaborate with the Sales Team to align marketing activities with lead generation and revenue objectives.
*
Take ownership of campaign strategy and delivery from planning to execution and reporting.
*
Analyse key performance indicators such as response rates, conversion, and ROI to inform strategy.
*
Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative campaign ideas to increase visibility and results.
*
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, along with actionable recommendations.
*
Continuously review and refine marketing processes to ensure creativity, quality, and efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced B2B or media environment.

Demonstrated success in team management and leadership.
*
Strong experience in campaign planning, execution, and analysis across digital and traditional channels.

Confident working with performance data to drive improvements and maximise ROI.
*
High level of proficiency in email marketing, CRM tools, social media advertising, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
