Role Overview
We are now looking for a highly organised Service Coordinator to support our EMEA Field Service Team and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused delivery of service activities.
Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of our service operations. You will manage engineer allocation, customer requests, planned maintenance, and service‑related administration while ensuring a consistent and high‑quality service experience across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily activities for the EMEA Field Service team.
2. Allocate jobs to engineers and schedule planned maintenance.
3. Create and issue customer service quotations and raise service orders.
4. Manage non‑project installations end‑to‑end.
5. Support information flow from the out‑of‑hours call centre.
6. Communicate with field service, account managers, supply chain, tech support, and partners.
7. Liaise with overseas distributors and ensure accurate documentation.
8. Track quotes and update bookings in D.
9. Post service orders and ensure cost/inventory accuracy.
10. Ensure all field service jobs are closed with complete documentation.
11. Support service admin and maintain accurate systems.
12. Drive continuous improvement and scalable processes.
13. Maintain KPIs and produce reports.
14. Support management initiatives.
15. Office‑based with occasional travel.
Qualifications
16. At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
