Responsibilities: We will have you administer and support Windows Server environments and Active Directory. We will have you manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. We will have you monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs. We will have you perform patching, upgrades, system maintenance, and health monitoring. We will have you manage backup and recovery processes. We will have you support infrastructure projects, migrations, and system improvements. We will have you maintain technical documentation and follow security best practices. We will have you liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers as required. We will expect you to provide hands-on support across the IT infrastructure environment.
