Role Overview The Drylining Design Manager will lead the design coordination and technical delivery of drylining and interior systems across multiple projects. This role requires close collaboration with project teams, architects, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure that designs are compliant, buildable, and delivered in line with programme, cost, and quality expectations. The successful candidate will take ownership of the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring that all technical aspects of drylining systems—including partitions, ceilings, fire protection, and acoustic solutions—are fully coordinated and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Design Management & Coordination * Manage the design development process for drylining and interior systems from tender stage through to construction. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams to ensure design information is accurate and complete. * Review and manage design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. * Lead design meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.
