Description
As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional tasks and data input that support monthly financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to assist with:
Supplier invoice processing
Supplier statement reconciliations
Processing of subcontractor invoices / certifications
Timesheet input / review
Data entry
There would also be an expectation that the role will assist with any other ad hoc project work that may arise
Experience and Qualifications
Ideally holds an AAT Level 3 Diploma, but would consider AAT Level 2 Certificate or relevant experience
Experience in double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing and an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers
Good communication skills and ability to take direction as part of a team
Computer literate with strong excel capability
Able to support with data analysis
