Employment Senior Associate / Salaried Partner | Bristol or Bath | Build & Lead a Growing Practice ️
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely influential role within a leading Top 100 law firm helping to shape and grow its Employment practice across Bristol and the wider South West
The firm is looking for either a Senior Associate (7+ PQE) ready to step up in profile and responsibility, or a Salaried Partner with a following, to drive forward its next phase of growth
This is a true “build and lead” opportunity where your impact on the market will be visible, supported, and commercially meaningful
What the role looks like
Lead on high-quality employment work and complex tribunal litigation
Build and grow client relationships across the region
Drive business development and win new work
Shape and deliver the employment strategy locally
Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers
Work closely with senior leadership on team growth
Who this suits
Senior Associate (7+ PQE) or Partner level Employment Lawyer
Strong track record in client development and BD activity
Confident handling tribunal litigation and advisory work
Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build something
Leadership capability (formal or informal team management experience)
A following is beneficial for Partner level, but not essential for Senior Associate
