Key Responsibilities:
Managing Active Directory
Providing desktop support
Managing Office 365
Troubleshooting network and email issues
Troubleshooting Microsoft applications
Managing new user and leaver administration
Managing antivirus (ESET & Sophos)
Advanced management of networking devices (Firewall/Switches)
Managing storage troubleshooting (SANs & NAS)
Managing SQL Server
Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Managing server management and maintenance
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in IT such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA
A minimum of 2 years experience providing IT support to clients
