Residential Scheme Manager

Salary: Up to £19,656 per year (based on a 100% FTE of £23,751 per annum)
Contract: Permanent | Part-Time
Your week: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm, 1 hour lunch break unpaid)
Work arrangement: On-site role; accommodation provided in a 3-bedroom flat above the scheme’s communal area. A separate on-site office is available for work-related duties.

Overview

In our Residential Scheme Manager role, you’ll manage the scheme efficiently, ensuring residents\' welfare, safety, and comfort while fostering a sense of community. You will be required to live on-site.
Responsibilities
* Manage the scheme in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring a safe, secure, well-kept and pleasant environment.
* Oversee the welfare of residents to enable independent living, with calm and attentive response in emergencies.
* Take on the management of service delivery, focusing on housing management and maintenance issues.
* Engage residents and develop a tight-knit community through regular social events and activities.
* Work independently as a lone worker with support from colleagues and management.

* Customer-focused background with the ability to actively listen and seek win/win solutions
* High commitment to providing efficient and caring services to Amplius customers
* Basic digital skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
* Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to negotiate and influence where appropriate
* Experience in resolving conflict while remaining impartial and professional
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential to visit customers)
Qualifications & Requirements
