SEN Tutor Needed in Oxfordshire! Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide individualised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the specific learning needs of each student Assist students in improving their academic performance and achieving educational goals Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a tutor or teacher in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN principles and practises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Organisational skills and attention to detail Working Conditions: The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting in Oxfordshire.
