Role: Carpenter (Commercial)

Responsibilities
* Carry out first and second fix carpentry work, including door hanging, kitchen and bathroom installations, flooring, skirting, and fencing repairs.
* Perform reactive and planned maintenance in commercial properties.
* Ensure all work meets relevant safety and quality standards.
* Diagnose and assess repair requirements, recommending solutions as appropriate.
* Work closely with maintenance teams to complete jobs efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out using handheld devices or paper-based systems.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and relevant codes of practice.
Key Skills & Experience
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent trade qualification).
* Proven experience in carpentry, preferably within a commercial environment.
* Good understanding of building maintenance and repair procedures.
* Ability to work effectively on your own or as part of a team.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence
* Valid CSCS card (preferred)
