Rate of Pay: £140.20 - £185.00 per day
Summary:
Opportunity for a Housing Officer to support vulnerable residents in sustaining their tenancies. The role involves managing tenancy issues, addressing anti-social behaviour, and working with partner agencies to ensure residents can live safely and independently.
Responsibilities:
* Support residents to maintain tenancies and manage rent
* Identify vulnerable tenants and provide support or referrals
* Manage anti-social behaviour cases and resolve issues
* Work with agencies on mental health, hoarding, and support needs
* Provide guidance, complete forms, and signpost services
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in housing, tenancy sustainment, or similar role
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to handle challenging situations confidently
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
