MCS Solar PV – Administration Role
Part-Time | Up to 30 Hours per Week

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our MCS Solar PV operations in Clevedon.
This role is responsible for managing all administrative processes associated with MCS certification, compliance documentation, and project support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This is a part-time position (up to 30 hours per week), offering flexibility around working hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain all MCS certification documentation for Solar PV installations.
* Ensure installation records, commissioning sheets, and system design documents are completed, uploaded, and stored accurately.
* Support the operations team by preparing and processing customer documentation, warranty registrations, and compliance certificates.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and accreditation bodies to track project progress and resolve documentation queries.
* Submit and track DNO applications, MCS submissions, and system registrations.
* Maintain and update internal databases, CRMs, and project trackers.
* Assist in scheduling and coordination of installation teams as required.
* Carry out general administrative duties including document control, filing, email management, and reporting.
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration or coordination experience, ideally within the renewable energy or construction industry.
* Knowledge of MCS processes and Solar PV documentation (training can be provided).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels.
* Competent using Microsoft Office and digital management systems.
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks.
