Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
* Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to during the preparation and cooking processes.
* Assist in the planning and creation of new dessert menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management for reordering.
* Participate in training new kitchen staff on pastry techniques and food safety practices.

* Proficient in various baking techniques and methods, with experience in pastry production.
* Ability to work effectively within a team in a restaurant or culinary setting.
