L'Oréal is looking for a Luxe Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in reaching retail performance targets and creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a World Class Customer Experience
* Support delivering a world-class Luxury Service Experience: coach and provide feedback to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service across all brands and touchpoints.
* Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
* Demonstrate product expertise and storytelling: confidently present products, immerse customers in brand history, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques.
* Provide omni-experience: inform customers about upcoming in‑store events, promotions, and brand activations; represent L'Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms.
Driving Retail Performance
* Support the Store Manager in executing retail plans to achieve and surpass store targets and KPIs, driving growth and profitability.
* Develop and implement a dynamic annual calendar of events and animations that create memorable customer experiences and generate excitement for L'Oréal Luxe brands.
* Generate creative ideas and suggest innovative strategies to drive new business growth, focusing on product launches and brand anniversaries.
* Build and support a loyal VIP customer base, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
People Management and Development
* Support talent acquisition and recruitment process.
* Assist in onboarding new team members, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
* Provide regular coaching and timely feedback on productivity, service levels, product knowledge, and selling skills.
Operational Excellence
* Maintain counter standards and uphold the highest hygiene and housekeeping standards.
* Participate in team efforts and complete all required training programs to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand expertise.
* Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms.
* Support the store manager in maintaining adequate stock levels and effective inventory management.
