The role
A true 360 recruitment role where you will:
* Win and develop new business
* Build long-term client & candidate relationships
* Own your market (UK, US or Europe depending on experience)
* Deliver full recruitment lifecycle from BD → placement
* Develop market expertise within tech / tech-enabled sectors
Who they’re looking for
* Proven 360 recruiters (tech preferred, but not essential)
* Open to junior consultants with strong drive & resilience
* Successful billers who can explain their process & deal journey
* Phone-first, relationship-led mindset
* People who thrive in scale-up / high-growth environments
* GTM / Tech / International market exposure is a plus
* Language skills (especially European) beneficial
