This role offers autonomy and would suit a forward thinking individual that can lead by example and work on their own initiative The Role As a Recruitment Consultant within the Healthcare Division, you’ll manage a full 360° recruitment process - developing strong relationships with clients, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring every placement reflects the values of care and professionalism that define Lasting Care Services. Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for healthcare clients * Source, screen, and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles * Develop new business through proactive client engagement and networking * Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and candidates * Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and agency standards * Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs * Participate in the on-call rota when required to support clients around the clock What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare, social care, or nursing recruitment * Confident in both business development and account management * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Strong organisational ability and attention to detail * Self-motivated, driven, and resilient under pressure * Knowledge of healthcare compliance (DBS, training, RTW, etc.) * Full UK driving licence (essential) What’s on Offer * £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary (DOE) commission structure * Clear career progression within a growing organisation * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Supportive, collaborative team culture * Regular incentives, team recognition, and performance bonuses * The chance to make a genuine difference in people’s lives every day Healthcare Recruitment Commission Structure Effective from: Start date Overview To drive strong performance and reward exceptional delivery, we’ve introduced a competitive, tiered commission structure designed for motivated recruiter in a fast grower healthcare business. Commission Tiers Tier 1: Starter Level – GP: £0 - £4,999/month – Commission: 0% - Purpose Establish expectations. No commission to encourage growth to Tier 2. Tier 2: Consistent Performer – GP:£5,000 - £9,999/month – commission:10% on all GP – Bonus: £150 after 3 consecutive months hitting this tier Tier 3: High Performer – GP:10,000 - £14,999/month – Commission: 15%on all GP- Bonus £250 Tier 4: Top Biller – GP: £15,000 - £19,999/ Month – Commission: 20% on all HP – Bonus: £500 Tier 5: Elite – GP: £20,000/month – Commission: 25% on all GP- Bonus:£1000 Additional Incentives * New Client bonus: £100 per 100 hours billed for new client. * Retention Bonus: £200 when a temp remains in the same placement for 3 months. * Quarterly Accelerator: Extra £1000 for hitting Tier 3 for 3 consecutive months * Team Battles: Performance- based internal competitions First 3 months Support To support you as you build your desk, we offer a guaranteed allowance in your first 3 months.
