The Generic Recruitment Advisor is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day recruitment activities. They provide recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of recruitment processes and procedures related enquiries.
The Generic Recruitment Advisor supports the Generic Recruitment Team lead and Deputy Generic Nursing Recruitment Manager in establishing processes and systems of work within the team and contributes to NHS Lothian’s Recruitment Services agenda as necessary.
