Position Summary
The Order Processor will be responsible for managing the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders while providing a high standard of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately within the company's systems.
* Respond to customer queries via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide product and order information to customers and internal teams.
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
* Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role is desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A professional and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
