EYFS Lead 
We are excited to offer an EYFS teaching and leadership role to someone who is ambitious and passionate about Early Years.
We are looking for an Early Years Lead and Class Teacher who has knowledge and experience of working in Reception and/or Nursery to start from 1st January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with EYFS experience who has the drive, inspiration and talent to shape the future of our youngest learners.
As EYFS Lead, you will take responsibility for leading and developing high-quality teaching and learning across the EYFS. As Class Teacher, you will have your own teaching commitment, modelling excellent practice within the classroom. You will continue to work closely with the rest of the EYFS team towards our shared vision of providing a stimulating, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
We are looking for someone who:
 1. Has experience of teaching and leading within the Early Years curriculum
 2. Has excellent knowledge and a sound understanding of the new Early Years Framework
 3. Is a hardworking and dedicated practitioner; able to motivate and inspire children and staff
 4. Is enthusiastic, resourceful and committed to ensuring the highest possible standards of achievement and personal development, supporting every child to flourish
 5. Is willing to contribute to the life of the school and its community
 6. Has a commitment to their own personal and professional development
 7. Works effectively in partnership with all stakeholders
 8. Is able to work cooperatively as part of a team
 9. Has a good sense of humour and is willing to ‘go the extra mile’
 10. Takes responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
