Senior Employment Solicitor
Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
£55,000 – £65,000 + Excellent Benefits
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded boutique, commercially focused law firm with offices across the North West.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), alongside a strong emphasis on work-life balance and long-term career development.
The Role:
You will advise a broad client base on complex, respondent-focused employment matters across a variety of sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing Employment Tribunal matters
* Advising on TUPE projects
* Providing corporate support on employment issues
* Delivering both project-based and day-to-day HR/employment advice
* Supporting and contributing to business development initiatives
The Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in employment law
* Proven ability to handle complex respondent matters
* Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
* Comfortable contributing to business growth and development
