We are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the flooring sector to recruit a Sales Advisor to join their sales team.
This is a customer-focused, consultative sales role where you will use your product knowledge and relationship-building skills to guide customers through their flooring journey, generate quotations and convert enquiries into sales, delivering an outstanding end-to-end experience.
Key responsibilities:
Support customers throughout their buying journey, from initial enquiry to completion
Provide expert product knowledge and tailored advice to identify the right solutions
Manage inbound enquiries and proactively follow up warm leads
Generate accurate quotations and convert opportunities into sales
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories
Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure a seamless experience
Resolve queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams where required
Keep up to date with product ranges, promotions and industry trends
