We’re recruiting enthusiastic and reliable hospitality staff to join us for the final Worcester Warriors fixtures at Sixways Stadium, followed by a calendar of high-energy Summer Series events.
Upcoming Fixtures
* 11th April – Worcester vs Bedford (3:00pm KO)
* 2nd May – Worcester vs Ealing Trailfinders (3:00pm KO)
Shifts are typically 4–8 hours, with strong opportunities for ongoing work across major events throughout 2026.
The Role
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused hospitality team delivering exceptional service across busy matchdays and large-scale summer events. From serving drinks to supporting operations, you’ll play a key role in creating a standout guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Taking and serving drinks quickly and accurately
* Processing payments using POS systems
* Keeping bars and service areas clean, stocked, and organised
* Supporting event set up and pack down
* Working as part of a team to deliver smooth, efficient service
What We’re Looking For
* Aged 18+
* Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
* A positive, reliable, team-focused attitude
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key event dates
