The Role

You will:
* Manage your own caseload of childcare proceedings
* Handle complex and sensitive cases from start to finish

The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this Child Care Solicitor job in Stafford, you will have:
* At least 1 year’s PQE as a Child Care/Public Law Solicitor
* Extensive experience in childcare proceedings
* The ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
* Strong advocacy skills and excellent client care
* A proactive and professional approach to work
