This is a highly relied upon position, integral to the smooth running of the business. Responsibilities: Managing Schedules : Organise the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments. Communication : Answer phone calls, respond to emails and client queries. Travel Arrangements : Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. Project Coordination : Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Documentation : Draft correspondence such as emails and letters, and take comprehensive notes during meetings. Time Management : Help with daily time management and prioritise tasks effectively. Qualifications: Organisational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Discretion : Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Technical Skills : Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace). Flexibility : Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities. Experience : Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
