The Role
Oxfam’s Online Shop is unique – selling all kinds of second hand gems from vintage designer to quirky homewares, thousands of books, rare vinyl and everything in between, alongside Oxfam Unwrapped virtual gifts, and an expanding range of new Sourced by Oxfam products.
In this role you will help coordinate multi-channel marketing plans and content marketing activity across a range of digital channels (including social media, web, email).
With big e-commerce growth plans and exciting upcoming projects, you will play a pivotal part in designing and delivering activity that will encourage people to shop (and keep shopping) with Oxfam online.
This is an exciting and wide-ranging role that will enable you to really showcase your marketing and communication skills to attract and retain customers.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
You will have experience of planning and delivering marketing campaigns across the full spectrum of digital channels, and strong project management skills. Ideally you will also have some experience of working in an ecommerce environment.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across a diverse set of stakeholders. You should understand the development and delivery of creative and digital work and have experience of monitoring performance and applying audience insights.
