It's a full-on Account Manager role with responsibility, autonomy and variety where you will be expected to bring initiative, energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hard-working, and ever-changing environment.The sky’s the limit in terms of personal growth, career development and earning potential – all backed up with industry leading training in a genuinely supportive and fun culture.It’s a 360 Recruitment role •Recruiting exceptional Chiefs of Staff/EAs/PAs/Private PAs/Receptionists and Graduates for high-profile individuals and prestigious and cutting-edge companies•Managing an eclectic client base which includes some of the world’s best known companies: Finance to the Arts, Tech to Luxury Goods, Property to Fashion, Interiors to Film, and entrepreneurs and UHNWIs•Meeting and presenting to clients – often at MD level•Interviewing and screening candidates•Career counselling candidates and managing a diverse candidate portfolio•Writing interesting, sharp job adverts•Negotiating and successfully matching candidates with clients•Ensuring clients and candidates are provided with an exceptional level of service•Business development•AdministrationYou • Academic – probably Russell Group graduate, good A Levels, confident maths• Self-starter - commercially sharp, quick, savvy, curious•Target driven - ambitious, competitive, money motivated – takes pride in always going the extra mile (or two) and works with integrity, empathy and tenacity• A charming, confident chameleon – impressive and persuasive communicator - able to build strong rapport with different audiences in person, on the phone and by email• Dedicated and thrives when trusted to work independently on multiple projects – hard-working, and able to manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines• Writes well – accurate spelling/grammar with forensic attention to detail•Exceptional organisation, multi-tasking and time management skills• Numerate with strong IT skills• Team player – positive, upbeat, charming with a ‘can-do’ and ‘muck-in’ mentality• Immaculately presentedYour experience – below could all work well:•Account Management•Sales, Negotiation, Memberships, Client Liaison•Property, Events, Concierge, Travel•You may have worn lots of different ‘hats’ in your PA job•You may have run your own company•You do need 18 months++ relevant experienceIf this sounds like you and you are considering a career change and want to be part of an exciting company with fantastic career prospects, where you will be valued and challenged, and where the rewards are exceptional, we would love to hear from you.Interviewing now
