We're looking for a Marketing Analyst / Data Scientist to join the team and help shape data-driven marketing strategy. In this role, you'll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to deliver insights that drive growth, optimise campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.
What you'll do:
* Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations (Tableau) to support marketing and sales.
* Analyse web, campaign, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Quantify the impact of marketing initiatives and run A/B tests to optimise performance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into data solutions.
* Deliver clear, compelling insights through reports and presentations.
What we're looking for:
* MS/PhD in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.).
* 5+ years of experience in analytics, with strong Tableau, SQL, and Python skills.
* Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe or similar) and modern data platforms (Snowflake preferred).
* Strong communicator with proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
* Knowledge of digital advertising or mobile app economy is a plus.
