Global Recruitment is seeking experienced Fabricators to join a dynamic team based in Coatbridge.
Key Duties:
Fabricating components according to engineering drawings
Collaborating with welders and production teams
Operating fabrication machinery and tools
Ensuring all work meets quality standards
Adhering to site health & safety procedures
Candidate Requirements:
Previous fabrication experience essential, including experience working with structural steel
Experience on complex, large-scale projects
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Working Hours:
Day Shift: MonFri, 08:0016:00
Night Shift: MonFri, 20:0006:00
Overtime paid after 39 hours
Pay:
Day: £22 per hour
Night: £28 per hour
Enhanced overtime rates available
Payment Options:
CIS / Umbrella
PAYE available after 13 weeks
