Medical Receptionist Central London £28-30,000 An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare receptionist to join our client on a full-time basis as they move into their brand new clinic. They are a world class provider of psychiatry and psychology services, with a fantastic team collaborating closely to deliver the very best in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health problems Responsibilities: Ensure accurate recording of registration documents and payment details. Welcome patients to the clinic and provide excellent customer service. Book in new referrals and manage appointment scheduling. Handle requests for repeat prescriptions via post and fax. Take responsibility for patient facilities and maintain a clean and organised reception area. Handle telephone and face-to-face inquiries from staff, patients, relatives, and carers, providing information and directing queries as appropriate. Liaise with insurance companies. Perform general reception duties. Requirements: Experience as a healthcare receptionist. Conscientious, organised, and detail-focused. Proactive and diligent in following systems and processes. Proficient in MS Office applications. Flexible and deadline-focused. Presentable, articulate, and professional at all times. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm. Salary: Full-time salary between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
