<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant</p><p>Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire</p><p>Salary / Benefits: 24,000 – 38,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits</p><p>We are sorry but we are unable to process your request for this position.</p><p>Highly respected asbestos consultancy is currently recruiting for a professional asbestos consultant to join their expanding Yorkshire office. You will be joining a long‑standing team of asbestos sites, undertaking high‑end and technical surveying and analytical duties to a varied client base. The client is able to offer training into further P certs, so is happy to consider a driven surveyor who is looking to develop into a split role.</p><p>Consideration will be given to applicants based in and around: Leeds, Wakefield, Castleford, Bradford, Brighouse, Huddersfield, Pontefract, Barnsley, Doncaster, Mexborough, Rotherham, Sheffield, Worksop and Chesterfield.</p><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>BOHS P402 (Minimum)</li><li>BOHS P403/4 (Desirable)</li><li>Expert knowledge of HSG: 264 and 248 guidelines.</li><li>Experience working as an asbestos surveyor and / or analyst, ideally within a consultancy setting.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication experience.</li></ul><h3>Role</h3><ul><li>Delivering the full range of asbestos surveys in accordance with HSE guidelines, to a mixed portfolio of clients across the Yorkshire region.</li><li>Identifying and sampling suspected ACMs.</li><li>Using handheld tablet and associated software to record accurate site findings.</li><li>Producing detailed survey reports and following up with clients to provide technical consultancy services / advice.</li><li>Carrying out reinspection audits of survey reports.</li><li>Building and maintaining client relationships.</li></ul><h3>Additional Responsibilities if P403/4 is held</h3><ul><li>Air Monitoring and airborne fibre counting.</li><li>Ensuring all works are carried out in line with HSG: 248.</li><li>Undertaking 4‑stage clearances.</li><li>Supervising removal works and signing off satisfactory removal works.</li></ul><p>Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
