Oracle ERP Specialist

Our Opportunity:
The role requires experience in lifecycle activities such as requirements mapping, gap analysis, conference room pilots, UAT, and other disciplines necessary for implementation. It also involves functional consulting, bespoke projects, customizations, upgrades, and system/business process advice.
The role reports directly to the Applications LBPL, with responsibilities across the Applications Management Leadership Team, IS Project Management Group, and senior Business Sponsors.
Principal Relationships:
* Business Users and key process owners (Application Management Support Team)
* ERP Application Vendors and 3rd Party Support Management
* Group IS (ERP and PLM systems Teams and EA)

Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Provision of Functional Consulting Services for ERP Systems and Group/Business Applications.
* Gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements and process flow charts
* Analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, and support using prescribed software lifecycle techniques
* Define and optimize business processes, driving change through negotiation and consensus
* Ensure ERP initiatives follow proper planning, scheduling, and management processes
* Manage project delivery and customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction
* Assist with risk and change management
* Work closely with the business community, including coaching and mentoring
* Prepare and support Functional Design documents for custom development
* Transition solution requirements to third-party development teams
* Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing phases
* Participate in quality reviews of designs and work products
* Build and maintain client relationships internally and externally
About you:
Essential:
* ERP Solution expert with at least three years of implementation experience
* Knowledge of ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, Repair/Service, and Finance
* Broad IT knowledge on large ERP systems (SAP/IBS/CODA)
* Experience with design to implementation methodologies
* Technical IT skills (security, transaction processing, user interface, data management, OS services)
* Understanding of SLA and Service Delivery
* Strong communication skills
* Team working and leadership abilities
* Logical analysis and business awareness
* IT development skills (dba, SQL, web)
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
Desirable:
* Knowledge of project management processes, including MS Project
* Understanding of business change and user impact
