GSL Education are working with schools in Rotherham (S65, S66) to appoint a dedicated Geography Teacher who can make learning engaging and meaningful. As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver lessons in physical and human geography, fostering enquiry, critical thinking, and a global outlook within a supportive classroom. Key Responsibilities: Deliver well-prepared geography lessons in line with the curriculum. Encourage analysis, discussion, and independent learning. Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as a Geography Teacher in a school setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
