Health and Wellbeing Specialist
We are currently looking for a Health and Wellbeing Specialist who will provide operational teams with expertise to enable effective delivery of the health and wellbeing strategy and minimise occupational health risk based in Moorgate, London.
Responsibilities
* Support on the planning, implementation, monitoring and completion of projects related to the improvement of occupational health risks and wellbeing management.
* Support the delivery of the Health Surveillance Plan working collaboratively with HR, employees and line managers to deliver a supportive customer-focused service.
* Supporting the OH&W Lead with developing content of Skanska’s occupational health and wellbeing procedures/policies and issue‑specific improvement frameworks assisting in identifying the gaps relating to, but not limited to, occupational health hazards, health surveillance, drugs and alcohol, and medical fitness for work requirements.
* Support the delivery of necessary occupational health and wellbeing services from third‑party providers to deliver the organisation’s OH&W requirements.
* Provide input to the development of health surveillance plans in Skanska’s Health and Safety management systems and deliver training relating to holistic wellbeing including mental health.
Qualifications
* Health and Wellbeing qualification at Level 5 or suitable relevant experience.
* Mental Health training background or willing to be trained.
* Deliver evidence‑based results.
* Customer focused approach and project management skills.
