After six months of R&D, we’ve developed a ground-breaking product that’s set to outperform the leading brand in our space. But a great product isn’t enough. To execute at the level we’re aiming for, we need a Chief of Staff who can operate as an extension of the CEO - solving problems, shaping strategy, and driving the highest-leverage priorities across the business.
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the centre of a new venture from day one. You’ll run mission-critical projects, clear bottlenecks, and make the whole machine move faster. High trust. High autonomy. High impact.
You’ll work directly with a proven founding team with deep experience across consumer, brand, and health-tech. Our strong roster of investors includes the leading VCs behind Monzo, Butternut Box, Revolut and Diptyque.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the CEO’s strategic partner - the person who makes the company smarter, faster, and more effective. You’ll:
* Run special projects end-to-end: Own the highest-value projects in the business — from data analysis to product experiments to running focus groups.
* Be the company’s problem-solver-in-chief: Take charge of the company’s highest-impact problems — no matter the function, you step in and solve what matters most.
* Drive strategic planning: Turn ideas into crisp plans and execution roadmaps.
* Operate as an extension of the CEO: Keep the CEO focused on the highest-leverage work by clearing noise, simplifying decisions, and unblocking teams.
* Build systems: Create the operating routines, processes, and dashboards that help us scale with discipline.
* Do whatever the business needs: supply chain, modelling, ops, marketing tests — you’ll jump in, take ownership fast, and get it done.
* Run cross-functional initiatives: Pull together people, data, and resources to ensure critical workstreams move with speed and quality.
* Support investor relations: Own prep for board meetings, fundraising materials, and strategic updates.
Who You Are
* Consulting-grade operator: 3+ years in a rigorous, fast-paced setting (consulting, PE/VC, strategy or ops).
* Extreme ownership mindset: thrives with autonomy; doesn’t need direction to add value.
* Exceptionally organised: you can manage multiple workstreams without dropping detail.
* Analytical: fluent in numbers, comfortable with financial models, metrics, and dashboards.
* Project management: strong project management skills, able to effectively multitask and prioritise.
* Clear communicator: distils complex ideas into simple, actionable decisions.
* Commercially minded: understands business models and value drivers — especially how CAC, LTV, and contribution margin shape the engine.
* Calm under pressure: early-stage chaos energises you, not overwhelms you.
* AI-native: uses AI as leverage to move faster and think at higher resolution.
