Job Title:Communications Manager
Shape the Future with ROCKWOOL
We’re looking for a Communications Manager to join our Marketing Communications team, supporting business strategy, company culture, and sustainability through impactful internal and external communications.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and deliver communication plans aligned with business goals
* Coordinate company-wide campaigns in partnership with ROCKWOOL Group
* Create and implement internal campaigns to engage and inform staff
* Engage with employees to source content and address communication needs
* Organize regular townhall meetings with the Management Team
* Advise management on internal communications, including change and employee engagement
* Work with digital marketing to provide content for corporate channels
* Manage corporate award submissions and recognition initiatives
* Support crisis communication planning and media enquiries
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in a similar communications role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
* Collaborative, energetic, and proactive approach
