My Telford based is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator.
The Customer Service Administrator will be working in a small team taking orders over the phone and via email, reporting to the Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephony Customer Service skills and administration experience.
Salary – depends on experience up to £28,000
Hours of work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
20 days annual leave + bank holidays

Responsibilities:-
* Dealing with queries and complaints from consumers via telephone and email.
* Processing sales orders and cross selling orders
* Sales and purchase order processing
* Resolving queries
* Any other tasks delegated by the Office Manager
* Covering the shop occasionally when required
Skills and Experience:-
* Previous experience as an office administrator, account manager, customer services office assistant or similar role
* Good customer service skills
* Able to work on own initiative without instruction
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Confident and outgoing.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good telephone manner.
* Reliable and committed
