In the role of a Area Listing Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within both branches by:
 * Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
 * Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
 * Business Prospecting and proactive activity
 * Extensive local market knowledge and networking
 * Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
 * Displaying excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
We are looking for our next Rockstar and as such you must have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator that has Valuing experience looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career. Either way essential to have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on these branches success story. A full UK driving license is essential.
