Flexsource are currently recruiting for a Band 2 Porter, on a temporary, fulltime basis.
Responsibilities:
·Responsible for the collection, sorting and delivery of all incoming mail.
·Receive and distribute office supplies throughout the building, maintaining stock levels within stationary storage
·Ensuring emergency exit points are clear and secured at all times
·Moving of furniture and other office equipment as needed
·Carry out reception duties, such as; meeting and greeting service users, maintaining log books, managing telephone enquiries, photocopying for other staff as required.
·Responsible for collecting and disposing of confidential waste
·Carry out minor maintenance repairs
·Carry out courier duties to other locations as required
Requirements:
·5 GCSE’s grade C and above, including English and Math
·One years previous experience in a porter/reception role
·Full UK driving licence and access to a car to carry out the full duties of the post
