Theatre Practitioner - OPERATING DEPARTMENT PRACTITIONER – SCRUB (RGN / ODP)

As a Scrub Practitioner/Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital, you’ll be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic with excellent communication skills. You must be registered with the appropriate governing body, such as NMC or HCPC, and possess the relevant qualifications and experience. Post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment is essential. You should be a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will:
* Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
* Utilize state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
* Supervise, support, and develop junior team members
* Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Create high-quality, evidence-based patient care and experiences
* Have opportunities for continuous growth and development, including Surgical First Assist training
