This is a varied role where you will primarily handle residential conveyancing matters while also assisting on a light caseload of commercial property transactions. The Role: Working as part of a Partner-led team, with full administrative support, you will manage your own caseload and contribute to the team’s ongoing success. Your responsibilities will include: Residential Sales and Purchases (Freehold and Leasehold) Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity and Title Transfers Leasehold Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions Post-completion and title registration tasks Handling straightforward commercial property matters, such as business leases, commercial unit sales/purchases and assisting on Landlord & Tenant matters as required This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to specialise mainly in residential conveyancing, with the opportunity to gain and develop experience in commercial property law. ✅ Requirements: 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Residential Conveyancing Previous experience or a genuine interest in assisting on commercial property work Ability to manage a varied caseload independently Excellent client care and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness A proactive, team-oriented approach What’s on Offer?
