GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in schools in Worksop (S81), providing classroom support and helping students to stay engaged and confident in their learning. As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with teachers to support pupils across a range of subjects, offering guidance, encouragement, and additional help where needed to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Main Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities. Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide targeted support. Help maintain a positive, safe, and focused classroom environment. Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom resources. Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusive practice at all times. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. A clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
