Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting for a Ongoing Works Administrator for one of our leading global speciality companies in Daventry.
Hourly Rate: £14.00phr
Hours Monday to Friday 8:15am to 17.00pm
We are looking for a strong Works Administrator where you can work to a timely and accurately manner to record production orders onto a bespoke in house system, and electronically book goods received in and out.
Strong Daily Administration Skills required, investigating stock discrepancies, generating various reports for Management and assisting with various forms of Despatch.
Report directly to the Production & Planning Manager and the Operations Manager.
You must be able to understand and investigate in complex stock situations using a wide variety of internal and external resources.
You will also be responsible for the management of £3 to 4 million worth of stock, so accuracy and attention to detail is key.
This is a ever a changing environment so you will need to adapt quickly to what task is required.
Working on your own, but you will regularly communicate face to face at all levels internally and electronically.
You will need to have Advanced Excel Skills using V look ups and Pivot tables.
For this role you will need to have experience in strong presence in personality, inquisitive and a analytical mind, but still happy to do routine tasks.
