Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Garvagh for a Project Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as preparation of GA Drawings (Planning, Building Control and Tender) managing projects, overseeing architectural designs, coordinating with clients contractors, Consultants and Statutory Bodies, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications
* Experience in Working Drawings and Architectural Drawings
* Experience in Architectural Design in both Residential, Commercial and Industrial.
* Knowledge of Building Regulations Essential
* Strong attention to detail and precision in drawing skills
* Proficiency in Revit essential.
* Experience in AutoCAD desirable
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in Project Management and Contract Administration.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Ideally Applicant will have gained RIBA / CIAT Chartership or at least be working towards this.
