Date posted: 23 December 2025 Pay: £12.51 per hour Job Description: This role is being advertised on behalf of neon contracts who are operating as an employment business. The role is temp to perm. 8am-4pm Monday -Friday Role and Responsibilities Main Duties: Answer phone enquiries and complaints relating to repairs, services, products, orders for product and spares. Answer email enquiries and complaints relating to same as above. Order spares. Take payments for spares and repairs. Adhere to all set service levels. Additional Duties: Cover Sales Admin team when required. Support Repairs Admin when required. Raise invoices for Spares. Raise orders for spares from suppliers. Raise credits where repairs or replacements cannot be given. Assist customers who visit site. Actively seek ways to improve personal performance by cross skilling. Actively seek ways to improve the performance of the department and business with regards to efficiency and being cost conscious. Qualifications and Experience: Proficient IT skills, Excel, Outlook and Word. Customer Service work Characteristics and Qualities that would be demonstrated in an Advisor: Customer focussed in all aspects of work whilst maintaining the balance of business needs. Organised the ability to multi task is essential as there is a constant stream of emails, calls and other tasks to deal with. Good memory - we have many customers and many products so it is essential to be able to remember people and products. Friendly a natural positive and welcoming attitude is essential as this demonstrates good customer service which is vital as all communication reflects on the business. Team player with the ability to work on own initiative without being micro managed. Patient some customer issues can be time consuming and complex so the ability to be calm and patient with customers is essential. Flexible able to switch between tasks or teams to suit business needs. Adaptable able to easily adapt to an ever evolving environment. Good communicator both verbal and written, to include emails and formal letters Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
