You will support staff through times of transition, maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and fostering a culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement. You will lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring staff receive supervision, feedback, and opportunities to grow, while providing clinical guidance and oversight to keep care evidence-based and responsive to residents’ needs. You will champion ongoing improvement, listening to feedback and learning from experiences to ensure systems are effective, reliable, and person-centred. Safeguarding and residents’ wellbeing will always be central, and you will work collaboratively with staff and external partners to ensure everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered.
